WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE ORRVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Cory Seiler, Chief of Police
Welcome, and thank you for visiting the official website of the Orrville Police Department.
As Chief of Police, it is both an honor and a privilege to serve the citizens of Orrville and to lead a dedicated team of public servants who work tirelessly to protect and support our community. Located in Wayne County, Orrville is home to approximately 8,500 residents, and it’s our mission to ensure each one feels safe, respected, and connected.
Our department is made up of 17 full-time officers who are more than just law enforcement professionals—they are your neighbors, your supporters, and your partners in building a stronger, safer Orrville. We are committed to fostering a culture of integrity, service, and transparency, and we believe public safety thrives best when built on trust and collaboration.
At the core of everything we do are the values that guide us: courage, honor, trust, and compassion. Whether we’re responding to calls, patrolling neighborhoods, supporting youth programs, or engaging with residents at community events, we approach our work with professionalism and heart.
This website is designed to be a gateway to the resources, services, and information you need—from crime prevention tips to department updates and community initiatives. I encourage you to explore the site, learn more about who we are, and discover the many ways we’re working every day to keep Orrville a great place to live, work, and visit.
On behalf of the men and women of the Orrville Police Department, thank you for your support and partnership. Together, we will continue to move our community forward with safety, respect, and unity.
